The Intro in the Spection

While we had an idea on where to start this episode, I (gh3tto8uddha) inevitably drew psychoal3ks into my usual shtick of playing things by ear, once again. And while we had thought to do an introspective view on comic book villains, and what drove them to become what they are? We ended up, accidentally, doing an introspective view into ourselves and society as a whole. Stemming from views on patriarchies, sexism, and other things that plague as on a personal level. Along with society as a whole. Or something along those lines. We do get off-topic here and there, but I assure you, I feel like this is a good one. One for the books, as they say. The Drunk in the Skunk

Now I realize that this podcast's name includes the word drunk. Because I, gh3tto8uddha, am essentially...well not essentially. I am a drunk. Point being, you'd expect me to be sauced. But considering me and Psykoal3x had some things to discuss before we actually got recording, I began drinking when we began speaking on things. And after listening to the recording...it's safe to say I was pretty gone by the end of the episode. Prolly one of the reasons Alex decided to cut things short. That and we got a strong urge to karaoke thanks to my mentioning going to the bar our last guest mentioned. In any case, this one has no message, not really. Just a nice convo between a sober woman and her very drunk friend, essentially...yeah. Let's go with that...peace!

First off, for those who need the translation, La Intermedio (The In between or So-So) is essentially the title our guest came up with due to the fact that she would be having a drink while recording but not necessarily get drunk. That being said, welcome once again to a FAULT FREE episode of El Borracho y La Seca! I finally got the hang of this recording program so we should be good, going forward. Our guest today the ever mysterious Nameless (though I accidentally kept saying her name throughout the episode, my bad to our guest) joins us on our discussion involving social media and the things it has done for us, and to us. And other things. There's a lot of laughter, which isn't a bad thing, but keep those volume levels in check. Edit: to really start this off, I was informed of the audio spacing issue with the episode and other episodes, I am fixing asap. Please bear with me as I am using a new computer/new software in order to record these episodes. So first things first; for those who have watched the show 'Bones', we will be going with this title naming theme from now on as their writers did with their episodes. In order to honor one of the greatest TV shows of all time (IMO), and because I really liked that title style for episodes. Anyway. That being said, hello! Welcome back to another episode of El Boracho y La Seca or Drunk and Sober. This episode is a little spicier than our usual stuff, which is saying something, but that is mainly because we do get into subjects involving BDSM and other such things. Nothing graphic, nothing detailed, but again. This subject can be a bit of taboo with some of the even the most “experienced” people out there, but regardless, listener discretion is advised. Here's episode 2 of El Boracho y La Seca/Drunk & Sober! PsychoAl3x did her best to try and get us more organized this time around but ultimately, with a lively party right outside my window and the occasional guest walking through our recording area (my living room), it ended up being more or less like last time. But hey, we tried. Enjoy (oh, and for those wondering, yes, I have been using AI in order to make my episode pictures lately. I'd commission someone to make them legit, but I am broke and in between jobs. So for right now, despite me not being super supportive of AI due to it being responsible for a lot of people losing their jobs and/or income, it's the best I can do at the moment)!

P.S: There's a fair amount of political outrage complete with cursing at some point (2/3 in?) in the episode, loud outrage. So, finger on that volume button.
